What to Expect

Your session begins with a phone or video call, where we’ll discuss your goals and any specific areas you’d like to focus on. Once we’ve connected, you’ll be invited to settle into a peaceful, quiet space where you can lie down comfortably and relax.

The entire session, including a brief intake, lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Includes:

• A pre-session discovery via phone or video to discuss your intentions

• A 45-minute remote Reiki healing treatment tailored to your needs

• Post-session feedback and insights, including my notes from the session

Reiki distant healing is just as effective as in-person treatments. During the session, I’ll conduct the healing as though you were present, incorporating the use of crystals to enhance the experience.

Choose a time when you can be calm, focused, and undisturbed (but not asleep), and allow the healing to flow.
